This single storey cottage is built of attractive local stone. It has been modernised and now has the benefit of central heating, which makes it a warm and comfortable home for your holiday.

The large sitting/dining room has a feature window to the side and a stable door to the front. Within this comfortably furnished room there is a double bed settee. The well equipped kitchen has a large open hatch through to the dining area. There is an electric cooker, microwave and fridge.

The bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds for children. The beds have duvets and non allergenic pillows. All bed linen is included.

The bathroom has a bath, hand basin and toilet.

The rear stable door leads to a lawn area with mature trees. In the garage there is a washing machine and chest freezer for shared use.

There is plenty of parking space.

Facilities: central heating, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and television with video. There is a cot available but linen is not included.
